Booth Rental

Approximately 250 booth spaces are allotted to vendors for this one day only event.  The Athletic Boosters set-up booth spaces throughout the school building including the perimeter hallways, the small gymnasium, the large gymnasium, the Commons area and the athletic wing.

Rental fees currently are established as $40 for an 8’ x 5’ space, $55 for an 11’ x 5’ space and $75 for a 15’ x 5’ space.  A one-time $10 registration fee is required with the first year's reservation. This is not charged when a space is renewed each year. The 8’x 5’ spaces are located in the hallways (no hallways are dead-end).  A few 11’ x 5’ spaces are located in the hallways, but the majority, 26 spaces, are  located in the small gym.  There are 15’ x 5’ spaces set-up in the Commons area and 50 spaces of this size allocated in the large gym.

The Boosters furnish the spaces only; crafters must bring their own display paraphernalia, including tables and chairs as there are none available at the school for vendors to borrow.

There is no refund of any amount of the fees after October 1st.  Prior to October 1st a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from a crafter’s paid fee upon a written request to cancel a reservation.

There is no specific requirement as to how booths must be set-up other than staying within the space allotted and not affixing anything to the walls or ceiling in a manner that would leave marks or damage them.  Electric is available at no extra charge in the hallway booths but there is no electric permitted to be connected in the large gym. Nor is there electric available in the small gym.

Set-up for crafters is on Saturday morning.  The doors are opened at 7 a.m. The is NO set-up permitted on Friday evening.  Volunteer student- athletes are present Saturday morning to assist vendors with carrying in their supplies and setting up their booths, also Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. to assist in tearing down the displays and carrying product back to the cars.

Vendors may temporarily park in the main parking lot at the school to unload their wares in the morning but must move their vehicles to the soccer parking lot, the junior high lot or the loading dock lot by the modular units.  Free shuttle vans will be running all day to and from these lots to the high school for vendors and shoppers convenience. It is imperative that crafters adhere to this policy as parking is limited close to the school and shoppers can become discouraged if they can not find a place to park nearby.
